Return Policy

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction:
 

At Researched Elements Tech LLC, we value our members and strive to provide high-quality wellness technologies and services under the Balancing Network PMA. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. General Policy
 

All purchases made through Researched Elements Tech LLC are final. Due to the specialized nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed, shipped, and accepted by the member, except as outlined below.

 

2. Laser Device Purchases
 

Our Dynamic Cold Laser Devices are sold with specific warranty and acceptance conditions, as outlined in the Laser Purchase Agreement:
 

  • Inspection Window: Members must inspect their device within three (3) business days of receipt. If any defect or damage is discovered, notification must be sent immediately to contact@researchedelements.com. Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the product “as is.”
     

  • Refundable: Once a device has been delivered and inspected (or deemed accepted), the purchase is refundable after 30 days if not satisfied minus shipping cost and 10% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted after this point.
     

  • Warranty Coverage: Each device comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.

    • First repair is free of charge.

    • If the device cannot be repaired, a one-time replacement will be provided.

    • Warranty excludes damage caused by loss, water, intentional misuse, or unauthorized tampering

3. Gut Balancing Services
 

Our Gut Balancing service involves the analysis of 16S microbiome sequencing data and delivery of personalized educational reports. Because this service begins immediately upon order processing and involves private membership intellectual property, it is non-refundable once initiated.

6. Private Membership Association Notice
 

As all products and services are offered within the Balancing Network PMA, members acknowledge that this Return Policy is part of the private membership agreement. Disputes are handled exclusively within the Association’s private dispute resolution process.

7. Return Process & Authorization:
 

To initiate a return, you must contact our private member support team at contact@balancingnetworkpma.com before proceeding with any return shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
 

Once your return request is reviewed and authorized by our support team, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment, including the designated return address.
 

8. Return Costs & Processing Fees:
 

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. The deducked amount will vary depending on the shipping method and the size/weight of the returned item(s).
 

Refund Processing:
 

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
 

Damaged or Defective Items:
 

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping or manufacturing defects, please contact our support team immediately at contact@balancingnetworkpma.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate, and return shipping costs will be covered by us. 
 

Private Dispute Resolution:
 

As a member of Balancing Network PMA, all return and refund requests must be handled privately within the Association by contacting contact@balancingnetworkpma.com, in accordance with our Terms of Service. This private administrative process is the sole and exclusive remedy for all return-related matters.
 

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first following this private resolution process constitutes a breach of our private membership agreement. Should a chargeback occur under these circumstances, you agree to the stipulated judgment terms outlined in Section 15 of our Terms of Service.
 

Digital Products & Educational Materials:
 

All sales of digital products, educational videos, webinars, recorded interviews, and downloadable materials are final. These items are not eligible for return once accessed or downloaded, as per the nature of digital content delivery.
 

Policy Updates:
 

Researched Elements LLC and Balancing Network PMA reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time as circumstances require. All updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any policy changes.
